Helmed by Chef Guillermo J. Gómez, LÍMO is an open-air restaurant and kitchen where the essence of the land dictates quality, inviting patrons to experience food that pays homage to the earth that sustains us.
Guided by experience, patience, and instinct, our kitchen lets the rich, natural flavors and ingredients of Baja California Sur speak for themselves through the alchemy of fire. We primarily draw inspiration from the foraging and fire-led methods of Mexican vaqueros and Argentine gauchos, whose adventurous spirit and love for the land spurred culinary exploration.
